Just as you would gently hold a kitten or a baby bird, gentleness with how you are feeling or being gentle with a friend or loved one can provide the space for healing and forgiveness. 

Forcing something is hard. Being gentle and patient is the path of the heart and creates more empowering results.  Give yourself this meditation whenever you know it’s time to slow down, stop pushing and you want to be open to divine timing and healing.
